PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 white cake mix
2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding mix, add dry
1 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. club soda
1 lg. pkg. Dream Whip

Mix cake mix and 1 package of instant pistachio pudding. Push to side of bowl. Add eggs, oil, nuts, and club soda. Mix together until blended and beat four minutes on medium speed. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool and frost. Sprinkle with coconut, nuts, and cherries if desired. Can be baked in 9 x 13 inch pan for 40 minutes.

Frosting: Blend one large package Dream Whip with 2 teaspoons cold milk. Add other package of pudding mix gradually and beat at high speed for 2 minutes.

I used this recipe and it was fantastic! So, so moist. Everyone loved it, and I even had my neighbor pestering me for the recipe. I am definitely making this again.

There were a few things that I did change, though. I did not use the walnuts (we were out), but it still came out fantastic. Didn't bake it for 50 minutes, since I was using small round cake pans instead of a bundt pan for a layered cake. And one package of whipped cream was not enough - I will definitely have to go with 2, maybe 3 next time. Also, don't make the frosting ahead of time... I learned the hard way that the texture changes if you do that, lol (though it was NOT bad, just didn't have the pretty smooth look).
