MOCK STRAWBERRY JAM 
4 c. tomatoes
4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice

Boil 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add a 6 ounce package of strawberry Jello. Blend well. Pour into jars and seal. Makes about 3 pints. Variation: Use yellow tomatoes and peach or pineapple Jello. Can be cut in half.
