BREADED VEAL AND POTATOES 
2 veal rounds
3 eggs (add little milk)
Onions, sliced thin
Tomatoes, sliced thin
Potatoes (par boiled & cut in French fry)
Italian bread crumbs
2 toes chopped garlic
1/4 c. Italian cheese

Tenderize veal by pounding. Cut in serving size. Mix 3 beaten eggs with a little milk. Dip veal pieces in egg mixture then bread crumbs. Layer greased heavy flat pan. Layer veal, then par boiled potatoes, then sliced onions, adding the sliced tomatoes on top.

Bake at 375 degrees until brown on bottom. Remove potato mixture and turn meat over and brown other side. Serve meat separate from potato mixture. Serves 6.
