PEANUT PIE 
Graham cracker shell
1 gallon coffee ice cream
Chunky peanut butter
Chocolate fudge topping

Fill one graham cracker shell half way with rich quality coffee (or your favorite flavor) ice cream. Cover that with 1/2-inch peanut butter followed by a generous amount of the fudge topping.

Add another layer of ice cream mounded high in dome shape. Cover with more peanut butter and fudge topping. Work fast so it won't melt too much. Put in freezer until very firm.
