ITALIAN BEEF 
3 lb. chuck roast
3 c. hot water
3 cubes beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. Italian spice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. sugar

Brown roast. Dissolve bouillon in hot water and combine with remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Bake covered for 3 hours at 350 degrees.
