SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
2 yellow squash 2 zucchini 1 onion, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1 banana pepper, chopped garlic salt black pepper olive oil Cut squash to 1/4-inch circles. Layer a 2-quart microwave bowl with yellow squash, dash of garlic salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss on onion, tomato and peppers. Put a layer of zucchini and repeat previous seasonings. Make layers until all of the squash is in casserole. Cover and microwave 10 to 15 minutes. |
