SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 yellow squash
2 zucchini
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 banana pepper, chopped
garlic salt
black pepper
olive oil

Cut squash to 1/4-inch circles. Layer a 2-quart microwave bowl with yellow squash, dash of garlic salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss on onion, tomato and peppers. Put a layer of zucchini and repeat previous seasonings. Make layers until all of the squash is in casserole. Cover and microwave 10 to 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
