DILLY BEANS 
2 lb. green beans, trimmed and cooked until tender, not soft
1/4 tsp. salt
4 heads fresh dill, or 1 tsp. dry dill
4 whole garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 3/4 c. vinegar
2 1/2 c. water

After beans are cooked, bring other ingredients to a boil. Pour over green beans. Let stand overnight. Serve cold.
