GREEN PEPPER STEAK | |
1 lb. steak, cut into strips 1 tbsp. oil 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 2 c. water 1 lg. green pepper, cut into strips 2 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/2 c. water Fry steak in oil until brown; do not flour. Add onion soup mix and water; mix well. Simmer about 30 minutes until done. Add strips of green pepper; cook until tender. Mix cornstarch and 1/2 cup water. Add to mixture. Stir until thick. Serve over rice. |
