SESAME SAUCE 
1 lg. onion
5 sticks celery
2 bell peppers
The juice of 6 lemons
4 cloves garlic
4 tsp. tamari (a type of soy sauce)
1 1/2 c. tahini (roasted sesame seeds in paste form)

Toss all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Tastes great with nutburgers or vegetable burgers, salads, raw vegetables.
