12 oz. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Butter 8 x 8 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips with butter. Combine eggs and confectioners' sugar with this. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into pan after beating well. Chill.
