RICE PUDDING 
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 block butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. water
1 can condensed milk
3 eggs
Vanilla

In a heavy saucepan, add water and salt. Bring to boiling stage. Add rice. Cover and cook on low heat until water boils out. Remove from heat, stir in milk and raisins. Beat eggs and gradually add to rice mixture. Return to low heat and stir in vanilla, nutmeg and butter. Serve hot. May be baked.
