GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
2 pkg. (9 oz. each) frozen cut green beans or French style green beans 1 can (16 oz.) bean sprouts, rinsed & drained 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed golden mushroom, cream of celery or cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 can (3 oz.) chow mein noodles (about 2 c.) or 1 c. canned French fried onions Heat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse beans with small amount of running cold water to separate and remove ice crystals; drain. Mix beans, bean sprouts, soup, salt and soy sauce. Turn into ungreased baking dish, 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches. Bake uncovered 35 minutes. Sprinkle noodles on top and bake 5 minutes. 4-6 servings. |
