1 stick butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. smooth peanut butter
1 med. trash bag with twist tie
1 lb. 10X sugar
1 lg. box Rice Chex (or Crispix)

Put butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter in a dish and melt in microwave at 50% power, stirring occasionally until all chips are melted. Blend well. Pour cereal into a large bowl. Slowly pour chocolate mixture over cereal. Stir until coated. Pour half the 10X sugar into the bottom of the trash bag, then the cereal mixture, then the rest of the sugar. Secure the bag with a twist tie. Slowly turn the bag from hand to hand, tossing the cereal and sugar together. Open the bag and cereal is individually covered with sugar. Store in tightly closed container.
