CREAMY EGG PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 pinch meal
1 c. Carnation milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. vanilla flavor
5 lg. eggs (yolks)
Use egg whites for topping

Mix sugar, flour and meal. Add beaten egg yolks to mixture, then gradually add milk, mix until creamy. Add vanilla and chop up butter in small pieces. Mix all ingredients with electric mixer until creamy. Pour into uncooked pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until mixture is firm in center. Add beaten egg white mixture on top of pie filling. (Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar to taste.) Mixture should be added to pie filling after filling has baked. Bake until filling is golden brown. (Egg white filling.)
