HOLIDAY JELLY ROLL 
Pillsbury One Step Angel Food cake mix

Make by directions on box. Bake in 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Turn out immediately onto towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll up like jelly roll. Let cool.

CHOCOLATE CHEESE FROSTING:

1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. powdered sugar
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate

Beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and melted and cooled chocolate. Blend well. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; fold into chocolate mixture. Unroll cake and trim rough edges. Spread with part of frosting and roll back up. Frost cake and refrigerate. Can use ice cream for filling and frost with whipped cream.
