SOUFFLED PANCAKES 
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
6 lg. eggs, separated
1 c. sour cream

Blend flour, baking soda and salt together. Separate eggs (eggs should be at room temperature). Add egg yolks and sour cream to flour mixture and blend well. Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold whites gently into flour mixture. Drop by 1/3 cup onto hot griddle.
