STEAK TERIYAKI 
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh ginger or 2 tsp. powdered ginger
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 or 1/2 c. Teriyaki sauce
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients together. Pour over 2 pound sirloin steak, cut into strips 1/2 inch thick. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerate or at least 2 to 4 hours. Broil or grill 3 to 5 minutes on each side.

Serve over white rice.
