HOT PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. chopped hot peppers
3/4 c. chopped bell peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) bottle certo
Red or green food coloring
1 1/2 c. vinegar

Put vinegar and peppers in blender and chop. Bring to rolling boil; strain. Stir in sugar. Remove from heat. Strain to mesh sieve. Wait 5 minutes. Add certo and food coloring; stir. Seal in jars with wax.
