TRUFFLE BROWNIE 
1 c. butter
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, room temperature
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier or orange liquor
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts

Melt butter and unsweetened chocolate in top of double boiler. Stir until smooth. Sift flour and baking soda together. Using electric mixer, beat eggs and salt until lemon colored. Gradually add 1 cup sugar and beat until mixture is pale yellow and slowly dissolving ribbon forms when beaters are lifted.

Blend in chocolate mixture, then liquor and vanilla. Stir in flour. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.

Pour batter into greased pan (13x9) that has been dusted with sugar. Spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes or until top is firm but center is soft. Sprinkle top with sugar.
