1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 box pistachio instant pudding
1 c. Club soda

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in floured tube pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

ICING:

2 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 box pistachio instant pudding
1 c. milk
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Whip ingredients and spread on cooled cake. Keep in refrigerator.
