1 box white cake mix
2 pkgs. pistachio instant pudding
1 c. oil
1 c. gingerale
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together all ingredients except for 1 package pudding. Bake in 2 (9 inch) round pans at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 sm. Cool Whip
1 pkg. pudding
1 c. milk

Mix together by hand. Frost cake.
