BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
10 oz. broccoli
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cut onion into small pieces. Saute with broccoli in butter. Add cheese and mushroom soup. Add cooked rice. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle on almonds. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
