1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Few drops of food coloring

Mix together in a pan and cook on high, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat when play dough reaches correct consistency. Cool. Add food coloring.

Play dough can be stored in plastic bag in refrigerator.
