HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 chicken, cut up

Melt butter. Mix in mustard and honey until smooth. Pour over chicken. (Season chicken with salt and pepper if desired.) Bake chicken in baking dish or foil pan, basting every 20 to 30 minutes until done, golden brown on top, in 375 degree oven, about 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
