GLAZED PEACH PIE 
Baked pie shell
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. peach Jello
5 to 6 drops yellow food coloring (if desired)
Fresh peaches, diced (can use canned peaches)
Whipped cream

Boil water, sugar, and cornstarch until clear. Add peach Jello and stir until dissolved. Add coloring and cool. Slice peaches into pie shell. Pour glaze over and chill. Top with whipped cream
