EASY CHICKEN & RICE 
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. wild rice, uncooked
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 chicken, cut up
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix

Combine first 6 ingredients in greased 9"x13" cake pan. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle with soup mix, cover with foil. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Do not lift foil during baking. NOTE: 1 cup white rice can be used instead of wild rice.
