FROSTBITE 
1 env. gelatin
1/3 c. water
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
Pinch salt
3 egg whites
1/2 pt. whipping cream
6 to 8 Hershey bars

Soak gelatin in water; set aside. Make egg yolks, milk, sugar and salt into custard. Add gelatin to custard. Stir well. Remove from heat. When cool, fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites and 1/2 pint whipping cream.

Grate 3 to 4 Hershey bars in the bottom of an 8 x 8 dish. Carefully place custard mixture over candy bar. Then add 3 to 4 more grated bars over the top. Serve when set, about 5 to 6 hours. Keep refrigerated.
