CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 or 5 lb. chicken
2 cans cream of chicken mushroom soup
1 can milk
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farms crouton stuffing

Boil chicken until cooked - shred in 9 x 13 pan. Take 2 cans cream of mushroom chicken soup and 1 can of milk and heat together. Fold in sour cream until mixed. Pour over chicken. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Crumble over top of sour cream mixture and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, covered. Let set for 1/2 hour before serving.
