FRESH APPLE CAKE 
2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
3 Delicious apples, finely chopped
1 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. jar apple jelly

Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix dry ingredients and nuts, add to sugar and oil. Fold in apples. Do not grease pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Ten minutes before cake is done, spread small jar of jelly over top of cake and finish baking.
