3 med. sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. sliced apples
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter

Pare and slice sweet potatoes; place layer in bottom of a greased 2 quart casserole; add layer of apples and marshmallows. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and cinnamon mixture. Continue layering until dish is filled. Mix cornstarch with water; pour over entire mixture. Dot with butter. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
