BUTTERSCOTCH - MOCHA POUND CAKE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch-flavored morsels
2 tbsp. instant coffee powder
1/4 c. water
1 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. buttermilk
4 eggs

Combine butterscotch morsels, coffee powder and water in top of a double boiler; place over boiling water and stir until smooth. Set aside. Combine butter and sugar; cream until light and fluffy. Stir in butterscotch mixture.
