SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. raw shrimp
1 lb. pork sausage
1 chopped bell pepper
2 chopped onions
4 cloves chopped garlic
1 c. raw rice
2 1/2 c. hot water
2 chopped green onions
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Peel and devein shrimp. Cut sausage into small pieces and brown in heavy pot. Remove sausage. Add onions, bell peppers and garlic. Cook until tender. Add shrimp and cook 15 minutes. Add sausage and all other ingredients, bring to boil. Turn fire to low. Cover pot and simmer 30-40 minutes or until rice is cooked.
