RECEPTION SALAD 
1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O, dissolved in juice from large can crushed pineapple
2 pkg. cream cheese, mixed with 1 small jar pimento that has been rinsed and drained
1/2 c. celery, cut fine
2/3 c. walnuts, cut fine
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix lemon Jell-O with boiled pineapple juice. Put in refrigerator. When it begins to gel, add other ingredients in order given. Allow mixture to set until firm.
