PEA SALAD 
1 can of peas, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery (opt.)
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 boiled eggs, chopped
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sweet pickle juice

Combine all ingredients. Let chill in refrigerator overnight.
