CHEESE FONDUE 
1 1/4 c. dry white wine
1 med. clove garlic cut up
8 oz. (about 8 slices) natural Swiss cheese cut in pieces
4 tbsp. flour
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) each condensed cheddar cheese soup
Cubes of french bread or whole wheat bread

Heat wine and garlic in a saucepan or fondue pot until simmering. Combine cheese and flour. Gradually blend into wine. Heat until cheese is melted stirring occasionally. Blend in soup, heat stirring until smooth. When ready to serve, dip cubed bread into fondue. Makes 4 cups.
