SLOP CAKE 
2 to 3 c. miniature marshmallows
2 to 2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 box chocolate cake mix

Place marshmallows in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan and add boiling water, cocoa and brown sugar. Stir until smooth.

Make chocolate cake mix according to directions and pour into cake pan on top of melted marshmallow mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees (or until toothpick stuck in center of cake comes out clean). Let cool. Cut cake and serve upside down.
