MEXICAN EGGS 
2 tbsp. milk
3 eggs
6 green olives
6 black olives
1/4 c. diced onions
Any kind of cooked meat
1/3 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. mild or hot salsa

Add milk to eggs and beat. Pour beaten eggs into frying pan and start cooking. Add chopped green and black olives. Add onions and meat. Fold over eggs and when eggs are almost done, add cheese and salsa. Continue folding until cheese melts.
