HAM-CHEESE LOGS 
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
1/2 c. pitted chopped olives
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Have Cheddar cheese at room temperature. In small bowl, beat together Cheddar cheese and cream cheese until blended. Beat in deviled ham, stir in olives and chill. Shape into two 8 inch long logs. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
