PEACH FROST 
3 ripe fresh peaches, peeled and quartered
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. lemon sherbet
1/2 c. gingerale

Place peaches, corn syrup and ginger in blender. Blend until smooth. Add sherbet and gingerale. Blend. Serve in large glass with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
