1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. commercial sour cream
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed & undiluted
1/4 c. water

Combine all ingredients except water in a small bowl; beat until smooth. Stir in water until blended; cover and chill. Serve with fresh fruit. Yield: 1 1/3 cups.
