SOUTHERN YAM BAKE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 (17 oz.) can yams, drained
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmellows

Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut butter into this mixture with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Mix in nuts. Arrange yams and peach slices in a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out oven and sprinkle with marshmellows. Place back in oven until lightly browned. 6 servings.
