HAMBURGER POT ROAST 
8 hamburger patties
Sprinkle with salt & pepper
Then flour heavily
1 pt. carrot, peeled & cut in 1" pieces
1 qt. potatoes, peeled & cut into 1" squares
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash all natural season
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
Vegetable oil
Salt & pepper to taste

In a large skillet pour vegetable oil and heat until ready to fry. Add floured hamburger patties to skillet and brown on both sides. Remove brown patties form skillet and add 1 tablespoon flour to skillet and let brown. Add carrot, potatoes, onion, Mrs. Dash seasoning, salt and pepper. Place hamburger patties on top, add water enough to cook. Cover and cook on simmer until vegetables are tender. Add water as needed to cook about 30 minutes.
