CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. butter
5 to 6 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can Carnation canned milk
1 can (13 oz.) chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked and drained

Saute onion in butter. Stir in flour which has been mixed with milk and salt. Add canned milk, chicken broth, soup, and broccoli. Simmer 30 minutes. Add pepper.

Serves 6.
