1 qt. apples, chopped & peeled
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. sugar

Chop the apples, celery and pecans. Mix and add the raisins. Mix creamed cheese with milk and sugar to a consistency of a salad dressing. Additional milk or sugar may be added to suit your taste. Toss with apple mixture. Serves 6.
