1 egg
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix egg, pecans, cake mix and butter with spoon until crumbly. Put in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

Mix in separate bowl. Mix with mixer sugar, eggs and cream cheese; mix well. Pour over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Freezes well.
