HOT SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. hot sausage
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. Bisquick
10 drops Tabasco
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. sage

Mix above ingredients and shape into 50 balls. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
