WORLD'S BEST RAISIN COOKIES 
2 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook raisins in water until water disappears, drain and cool. Cream oil and sugar together, add eggs and vanilla, add rest of ingredients. Stir well, add cold raisins, roll into 1 inch balls, roll in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes 2 inches apart.
