WATERGATE SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding 1 (4 oz.) container non-dairy whipped topping 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans and/or walnuts Drain pineapple and reserve syrup. Place pudding mix in large bowl and add about 4 tablespoons of pineapple juice or enough to make a soft paste. Mix well. Add drained pineapple, whipped topping, marshmallows, and nuts. Mix until fluffy. Refrigerate until chilled. |
