COLONIAL GINGERBREAD 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. molasses
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
Salt

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Bake 45 minutes. Serve with lemon sauce.
