SQUASH RELISH 
10 c. ground squash
4 c. chopped onions, fine
3 tbsp. salt
2 1/2 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar
2 c. chopped bell peppers
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pimento
1 tbsp. turmeric powder
2 tbsp. black pepper
6 sm. jalapeno peppers (optional)

Mix all ingredients in large boiler. Bring to boil, then lower heat and simmer for 35 minutes. Put in clean, hot jars and seal with new seals.
